SLIDING SCALE
A Balanced Mind offers therapy on a sliding scale for those persons who authentically seek services and are experiencing financial hardships through Open Path Collective. Open Path is a non profit that serves clients who lack health insurance or whose insurance does not provide adequate mental health benefits. SESSION DURATION
- In-network and private pay: 50 minutes
- Life Coaching: 60-90 minutes
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you do not notify us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $50 late cancellation/no show fee. This fee is not covered by insurance.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Our purpose and role is to aid through the therapeutic process. This does not include testimony in any legal matters to include but not limited to custody, divorce, etc. If legally mandated to provide such services rates are as follows.
COURT TESTIMONY:
- $1200/per day
DEPOSITIONS:
- $975 per day
REPORT/LETTER WRITING (COURT OR INFORMATIONAL):
- $150.00/hour (min. of 1 hour required)
